Congratulations to Laura Faughnan from Newbridge Co Kildare - a 4th Year student at NCAD - who was presented with the Young Designer of the Year award by Eddie Jordan.

Laura sumbmitted two pieces for the competition a beautiful sleevless pink dress and a dramatic black coat which the judges felt had star quality. She won a beautiful trophy designed by Meath artist, Shane Holland, a Dell laptop, a photo session with photgrpaher Miki Barlok and work experience opportunity with designers, NCKilkenny.
